A nice hotel in Madrid Service desk was average Semi friendly staff but not very helpful Had to ask so many times for an iron to be brought upto the room Good rooms Breakfast was ok but limited Roof top bar was great but pool was closed as it was end of season even though it was in the high 30c still and it also said it closed at the end of october ....but this wasnt the case great rooftop bar

This hotel is incredibly poor for the price across all areas, the service being the main issue. When we arrived there were no rooms left of the type we had booked, it’s was so noisy, my tv was broken, the pool was closed. However the wurst thing was a dirty sock attached to the ceiling covering up the fire alarm. Clearly disgusting and a health and safety Breach. Asked three times for this to be removed and it was still there when I checked out two days later. The staff could not have cared less and are also not responding to any email communications.

I travel for work often and never write reviews because most hotels are fine. This time I'm compelled to warn others away. The hotel refused to honor a previously promised discount, the walls were paper thin, and I had to plead and negotiate to get a blanket (not just the sheets I was provided with) after being told that I would only get a blanket 'subject to availability'. The corridors and room smelled musty as well. Way overpriced for the quality of the stay.

The hotel is very good. The breakfast with a lot option and fresh fruit juice. Location execlent close to bus stop and undergound to go evrywehere. Easy accessfrom aeroport. Very welcoming staff. The room are clean and provided of toilet stuff.

Not 4 Star and Don't Stay If You Want To Sleep

If you want to sleep, this isn't the hotel for you! There is a nightclub to the side and back of this hotel and the rooms which overlooked the street, it sounds as if the people are in the room! We changed rooms 4 times, due to the noise and whilst the last room was quieter at the back of the hotel, there was still noise. This hotel isn't 4 star, a 3 at most. The roof top terrace was closed, the bar wasn't open, so there was nowhere to get a drink. Reception late evening were really unhelpful and in general no amenities. It is close for the metro, which is opposite and had direct acces to the tennis, which was the reason for our stay. The area is full of students and it is a busy location all day and night. Wouldn't stay here again!
